Welcome Vendors To Cornyval 2020
Booth Application Mailing: Returning vendors must have all paperwork and monies delivered to the HFA booth coordinator by July 15th to reserve a space. Returning vendors who have not received a contract can contact the booth coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org. Vendors who participated last year have first option in their category.
New applicants please email the booth chairman at email@example.com. Please include in your message or email, your name, organization, what you’re planning to sell, type of vendor (commercial, arts and crafts, non profit), address and phone number for day and night. You can also email this information to the Cornyval email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The grounds are open for set up as follows: Wednesday, August 12th, 9 AM to approximately 8 PM. Thursday, Auguest 13th, 8 AM to 4 PM. *Later times can be arranged in advance.
Arts and Crafts be prepared to send a picture of the items you wish to sell. This is a juried show.
