Welcome Vendors To Cornyval 2022

Booth Application Mailing: Returning vendors must have all paperwork and monies delivered to the HFA booth coordinator by April 1st to reserve a space. Returning vendors who have not received a contract can contact the booth coordinator at medinarose@me.com.  Vendors who participated last year have the first option in their category.

New applicants, please email the booth chairman at medinarose@me.com. Please include in your message or email, your name, organization, what you’re planning to sell, type of vendor (commercial, arts and crafts, non-profit), address, and phone number for day and night.

The grounds are open for set up as follows: Wednesday, April 27th, 9 AM to approximately 8 PM. Thursday, April 28th, 8 AM to 4 PM.  *Later times can be arranged in advance.

Arts and Crafts be prepared to send a picture of the items you wish to sell. This is a juried show.

Hotel Reservations for our event can get special rates with our host hotel, Quality Inn & Suites, SeaWorld North.
