🎡 Helotes Cornyval Vendor Registration Is Open! 🌽

Vendor registration is now open for the Helotes Cornyval, taking place April 30 – May 3, 2026 at the Helotes Fairgrounds!

This year, we’ve introduced a new two-step registration process to make things easier:

   1.    Complete the vendor application

   2.    Once approved, you’ll receive a follow-up link to submit insurance information and booth payment.

Registration closes on this date — no exceptions.

💲 Booth Pricing (WiFi Included)

   •    Nonprofit Booths: $75

   •    Arts & Crafts / Cottage Vendors: $350

   •    Food & Commercial Vendors: $650

All booth fees include WiFi at no additional cost, so you can focus on showcasing your business and connecting with the community.
